The process of accessing our service:
1. Signing the contract and paying the registration and installing fee beforehand which consist the first monthly service fee and the installation of the device. That amount must be paid in cash when signing the contract. The additional monthly fee needs to be settled by check or wire transfer.
2. The device will be installed at you or at the beneficiary's home within the first five workdays after signing the contract. The installation date will be conciliated by phone on the first most convenient time for you.
Installation process:
1. The technicians will install the device on site then hand over the remote transmitter which should be weared around the neck or on the wrist.
2. The technicians will set up the device on site and make test-calls from all around the apartment with the remote transmitter.
3. The technicians will synchronize the data with the dispatcher, and explain the the proper usage of the remote. After the briefing the recepient can press the button and make a test emergency call to experience the system in function in the presence of the technicians.
4. In addition you or the recipient is required to initiate a test call on a weekly basis, regardless of the acutal medical condition. This is necessary to check that the device works and if true alarm occurs, the usual process can be initiated.

Alarm Process:
1.The signal button should be pressed ont he remote if this does not happen we can not help.
2.After pressing the button, your call is automatically forwarded to the dispatch center, where it is answered by paramedical officers. All your personal and medical data will appear before our colleague.
3.Within seconds our colleague will answer from the dispatch center and will ask you the reason of the alarm signal. Then you or the beneficiary should say out loud, why the alarm button was pressed on the remote. If the dispatchers do not receive any response they’ll immediately call the appropriate persons to notify and mobilize the ambulance service.
4.When the dispatcher recieves an answer, he or she will determine by the conversation who to notify first. For example, if it’s enough to call an appointed person only or it’s needed to immediately notify the ambulance.
5.Our colleagues will notify the persons designated in the contract, or respectively if medical care is needed, the dispatcher will call „Főnix” ambulance or any other ambulance service specified. In the countryside the client must specify the doctor or the ambulance service desired.
- If you or the beneficiary are a resident of Budapest and you choose the „Főnix” ambulance service, a key to the apartment must be given to „Főnix” to ensure the entry for the rescue squad or doctor to the apartment.The entry of „OMSZ” (National Ambulance Service) must be ensured when they arrive by a third person who has access to the apartment. This could be a neighbor, a relative, by whom the spare keys can be found. (this person must be marked in the contract, if you choose OMSZ).
